Pool Access
The pool is open to residents of the community throughout the year. For the summer months of April through October, the pool is open from 7:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.; for the winter months of November through March, the pool is open from 6:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Residents can access the pool area during these hours by using their CDD-issued access cards. The amenity access cards are issued to residents after registering their household with the CDD. Please note that each household may only have up to four (4) active access cards at a time.

Union Park East Indoor Clubhouse Reservations
The Union Park East Clubhouse may be reserved by Patrons for a maximum of 4 hours (inclusive of set-up and clean-up time) during normal business hours, unless otherwise authorized by the District pursuant to a special request. Approval of reservations are subject to submission of a Security Deposit and any license and certificates of insurance requirements for proposed activities.
Please check the District’s calendar to confirm there are no events currently scheduled for the date/time of your event.
PLEASE DO NOT TAPE, STAPLE, OR OTHERWISE ATTACH DECORATIONS TO THE WALLS, AS REMOVAL OF SUCH ITEMS MAY CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE PAINT.
HOA Information
The CDD manages and maintains all common areas of the community such as, front entry features, landscaping at the entrances and parks, lighting issues, turf fertilization and pest control. The HOA is responsible for maintaining and enforcing all of the covenants, conditions, and restrictions related to the use of each homeowner’s property, including their front yard and back yards.
Please contact the HOA if you have a question about your account or for the following matters:

- Violation inspections and enforcement activity
- Collection of the homeowner assessments
Architectural Review Board (ARB)
Should you wish to make ANY exterior changes to your home or property, please contact the HOA. The HOA's online application may take up to one month for approval, but every effort is made to turn the applications around as quickly as possible!

FAQs
How do I access the amenities at Union Park East?
Residents of Union Park East can access the amenities of Union Park using a CDD-issued access. Households will receive two (2) active access cards upon registration and may request up to two additional access cards, using the link below. To register for an access card, please complete the online Amenity Registration Form. PLEASE NOTE: This registration is in addition to your registration with the HOA and is used for internal purposes ONLY. Each household may have up to four (4) active access cards at a time.
What do I do if my pool access card stops working?
Please notify the Amenity Manager.
Can I bring a guest to the pool?
Yes, residents must accompany their guests to the pool and must not leave their guests unattended. Residents are held responsible for the actions of their guests and are held responsible for any damage caused by their guests.
Are there any age restrictions for accessing the pool?
A parent or responsible adult (over 18 years of age) must accompany anyone under the age of 16. No toddlers, small children under the age of 13 are permitted to use the equipment or be inside the gym.
I am new to the community and would like to be informed about upcoming events. Does my community have an events calendar?
Please contact the HOA for information on community events. CDD Board of Supervisors meetings and private events where a rental agreement or a written request was submitted to the CDD can be found on the Events page.
Is there a cost to reserve space at the amenity center?
A refundable security deposit of $300.00 is required to reserve the amenity center. Rental requests must be submitted at least three weeks prior to the event.
How long can I reserve the amenity center?
The amenity center may be reserved during normal business hours for a maximum of four (4) hours (inclusive of set up and clean-up time).
There's a streetlight in my community that appears to be malfunctioning. Who do I contact?
Contact your local electric company to report streetlights or area lights that are out or malfunctioning.
I spotted a gator in my community! Who do I contact?
Contact the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission to report fish kills, wildlife emergencies, sightings, and any other related wildlife concerns.
The trash has not been picked up in quite some time. Who do I contact?
Contact the company that services your neighborhood to report a missed trash or recycling pick up or any other trash related issues. PLEASE NOTE: Trash or recycling bins that are not easily accessible to the hauler will not be picked up. Parking in the street on designated trash and/or recycling days is the most common cause of a missed pickup.
TIP: Speaking with the hauler directly may reduce your wait time significantly.
