POWER OUTAGES
Report power outage and downed power lines directly to TECO using their Power Outage Reporting page.

STREETLIGHTS
To report an issue with a streetlight, submit your request directly to TECO using their Street Light Outage Reporting page.
Submit a request for "Streetlights (located on public roads)" and select "No" to the question "Do you pay for this light (does it appear as a separate item on your bill)?:"  Providing the pole identification number (excluding the dash "-") will allow for faster location of the light.

ROADS, SIDEWALKS, STREET & TRAFFIC SIGNS in a public Right-of-Way (i.e. roads within Union Park East)
Please use the Pasco County Service Portal to report any issues concerning the Right-of-Ways which are dedicated to Pasco County, i.e. concerns with road conditions, street signs, traffic signs, sidewalks, road restriping, etc.  Your request category will likely be listed under Public Works or Traffic Operations.

CDD AMENITIES & COMMON AREAS
For all other requests, please use the Union Park East Field Maintenance Request.  This will allow Supervisors and staff to track requests and resolutions.  Requests regarding landscape and pond issues are forwarded directly to the vendor.  Please refer to the Union Park East Maintenance Map for pond numbers and identification of CDD maintained common areas.
